These two fishermen were sitting in their boat, minding their own business and dozing off when all of a sudden a PBY Catalina comes in for a landing on water and they are in for a BIG surprise!
Clearly, this video was staged, you can see that from the camera angles and nobody got hurt in the filming.
The pilot really knew what he was doing, pulling on the stick at the very last moment and we are pretty sure the fisherman didn’t have to act their fear or their desire to jump into the water.

The last PBY was retired by the US Navy retired in 1957, the Brazilian Airforce was the last to retire them from operational service in 1979
