Some great going around the world with people using their IT skills and putting them to good use. We often visit sites, battlefield and other historic places but we can at times, find it hard to visualise what happened there. We may have books that we take with us for reference and these days, many have smartphones and iPads what we use for reference.

However, nothing can compete with the digitalisation of images that we are now seeing on the net. The images below rapidly bring to your mind the shear hell of such a place. We don’t forget, but these sorts of images make it ‘real’ as real as may be some of us want to get.
